Website delivery and security

This website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI Ireland Ltd. processes personal data on our behalf to host, maintain, secure and support the website. When you access the site, technical request data may be processed, including your IP address, the requested page, date and time, browser and device information, and referrer. ChatGPT Sites also provides us with aggregate access analytics consisting of unique-visitor and page-view counts. We do not receive raw server logs from OpenAI.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are providing the website, maintaining its security and reliability, understanding aggregate use, and preventing misuse. Recipients are OpenAI and the technical service providers it uses for Sites. OpenAI may use sub-processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, the safeguards described in the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum apply, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. You may contact us for information about or a copy of the relevant safeguards.

Technical data is retained only for as long as needed to deliver, secure and support the service, investigate misuse, or meet legal obligations. The exact period depends on the type of record and the applicable operational or legal requirement.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message and any information or attachments you send so that we can answer you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when your message concerns a contract or steps before entering into one, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Our mailbox is provided by Namecheap, Inc. as a service provider. You can read its privacy policy. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed for the enquiry, unless legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage.

Providing information by email is voluntary. Without the information needed to understand and answer your enquiry, we may not be able to respond.

Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Cookies and external services

Our website code does not use advertising, third-party analytics tools, forms, embeds, external fonts or nonessential browser storage. ChatGPT Sites provides the aggregate access analytics described above as part of the hosting service. Technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the website may be used without consent under Section 25(2) TDDDG where the legal conditions are met.

Automated decisions

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
